





Valiza, together with their proprietors holds the expertise of the in natura purple fig preparation for export since 1978. Forty percent (40%) of the marketed product are destined to the Brazilian market and 60% proceed to the international market. With agricultural techniques implemented by its team of agronomists, the marketed product meets the requirements of the most demanding palates, maintaining the energy characteristics, firm consistence and select flavor.
Still in the farming, the fruits go by a rigorous selection following the established pattern for export. They are conditioned in pallets that accommodate 216 boxes, with 24 fruits each box.
Tracked product: a differential
Valiza consumers count with a system through Web to track the distributed fruit, that guarantees total control over its origin, as well as detailed information concerning the whole productive chain. From the farming, the producer registers data as: origin, employed agricultural inputs, climate, temperature, squares, date of crop, packing, etc.
Through a standardized system with the registration of all information regarding its product, Valiza obtains advantages that are going from the protection to the producer in case of eventual problems happened during the production or the storage, to the warranty of the delivery to the consumer of a product with a quality certificate, winning in trust and recognition of the national and international markets.

The final consumer, for his turn, will have more safety in the acquired product knowing about the existence of a rigid control of the food from the field until his table.
